What is a puppy social?
Puppy socials are a great opportunity to introduce your new puppy to other puppies and learn about appropriate puppy play including how to safely manage and train play skills. Early socialization is important during this critical puppy age and will greatly help puppies to become confident and polite adult dogs in the future. Cost: $35 for a 45 minute session This Puppy Social is for: Puppies aged 9-18 weeks REQUIREMENTS: 1. VACCINATIONS: Puppies must have veterinary proof of at least one set of core vaccinations (DHPP/DAPP/DHLPP), and one Bordetella vaccination administered at least 3 days prior to attending the social. Wellness check is recommended but not required. *** Bordetella vaccine is not part of core vaccination set. If you are not sure whether your puppy has received Bordetella vaccine please talk with your veterinarian. 2. Puppies must have been living in their new home for 7 days before attending a puppy social and must appear healthy and parasite-free. What to bring: - Your puppy wearing a flat collar and 5-6ft leash. - Lots of tiny treats! - While we do check vaccinations ahead of time, please bring proof of vaccination with you. |
